Where executive experience meets personal transformation

About me

For nearly three decades, I lived inside the fast pace of the technology world: leading teams, carrying responsibility, and raising my child as a single mother.

Along the way, I came to understand something many people quietly carry: the pressure to keep going, to keep performing, and to hold everything together.

Burnout and personal transition became turning points that invited deeper questions about wellbeing, purpose, and what truly sustains us through change.

Today, I bring together executive experience and lived experience to support people and organizations navigating leadership, stress, growth, and transition.

My work is grounded in a simple belief:

Wellbeing is not separate from performance or personal growth. It fuels both.

Whether at work or in life, I create space for honest conversation, reflection, and meaningful change.
